toban（https://toban.app 。以下「本サービス」）は、はやしごと（以下「運営者」）が運営する、当番表をつくる無料のサービスです。本サービスで扱う情報について、次のとおり定めます。

1. 当番表のデータ

• つくった当番表（当番表の名前、メンバーの名前、仕事、交代の設定など）は、お使いのブラウザ（localStorage）に保存します。
• 編集した当番表は、自動でサーバーにもバックアップします（Cloudflare のサービスを使っています）。バックアップは公開されません。共有したときだけ、共有リンクを知っている人が見られるようになります。
• サーバーの当番表は、1年間まったく編集がなく、カレンダーからも読まれていないと自動で削除します（カレンダーが読みに来た日時を、このために記録します）。
• メンバーの名前に本名を使う必要はありません。共有する前に、見られても問題ない内容かを確かめてください。

2. お問い合わせ

お問い合わせフォームに入力されたメールアドレスと内容は、返信と対応のためだけに使います。

3. アクセス情報

本サービスへのアクセス時に、IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時などが、ホスティングに使っている Cloudflare の仕組みで記録されることがあります。不正な利用の防止と、障害の調査に使います。

4. Cookie と広告（Google AdSense）

本サービスは、第三者配信の広告サービス「Google AdSense」を利用しています。

• Google などの第三者配信事業者は Cookie を使い、ユーザーが本サービスやほかのウェブサイトに過去にアクセスしたときの情報にもとづいて広告を表示します。
• Google は広告 Cookie を使うことで、本サービスやほかのサイトへのアクセス情報にもとづいた広告を、Google やパートナーのサイトで表示できます。
• パーソナライズ広告は、Google の広告設定で無効にできます。第三者配信事業者の Cookie は、www.aboutads.info でも無効にできます。
• 詳しくは Google の広告に関するポリシーをご覧ください。

5. 外部サービス

• 文字の表示に Google Fonts を使っています。フォントを読み込むとき、IP アドレスなどが Google に送られます。
• LINE の共有ボタンを押すと、LINE のページを開きます。そこでの情報の扱いは、LINE の方針によります。
• 共有した当番表をカレンダーに追加すると、追加先のカレンダーのサービス（Google・Apple など）が、当番の予定（当番表の名前、メンバーの名前、仕事）を定期的に読み込みます。そこでの扱いは、各サービスの方針によります。

6. 第三者への提供

法令にもとづく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません（上に書いた外部サービスでの処理を除きます）。

7. 改定

このポリシーを変えるときは、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

toban (https://toban.app, "the Service") is a free duty-roster maker operated by Hayashigoto ("we"). This policy explains how the Service handles information. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Roster data

• Rosters you create (roster names, member names, duties and rotation settings) are stored in your browser (localStorage).
• Edited rosters are also backed up to our server automatically (we use Cloudflare's services). Backups are not public. Only people who have the link can view a roster you share.
• Rosters on the server are deleted automatically after one year with no edits and no calendar reading them (we record when a calendar last read a roster for this purpose).
• You do not need to use real names for members. Before sharing, make sure the content is fine for others to see.

2. Contact

The email address and message sent through the contact form are used only to reply to you.

3. Access information

When you access the Service, your IP address, browser type and access time may be recorded by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. We use this information to prevent abuse and to investigate problems.

4. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)

The Service uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

5. External services

• The Service loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address and similar data to Google.
• The LINE share button opens LINE's page, where LINE's own policy applies.
• If you add a shared roster to a calendar, that calendar service (such as Google or Apple) regularly reads the duty events (the roster name, member names and tasks). Their own policies apply there.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law and except for the processing by the external services described above.

7. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
